We run a range of cycling events throughout the year. Normally based in and around the Peak District, our aim is to concentrate on providing a quality route and a big day out in the saddle.

All our events have an emphasis on self reliance. There’s no following the arrows, feed stations, timing chips and finishers medals. We like to use the reliability trial format that’s been around since cycling events early last century. The aim is to get round a challenging course within the time limit.

One of our aims from the beginning was to try and to get riders to spend money in the local economy. We feel there are too many events where folks smash it round a course whilst consuming a few gels and half bananas at a feed station but do not contribute financially to where they ride through. Riders on our previous events have said they prefer our approach as they do not feel a compulsion eat when they are told and can make their own choices of where and when they do.

25 – 26th April 2020 The Gravel Gran Fondue

This is our first two stage gravel event ! On day one of the Gravel Gran Fondue you’ll be setting off from Bakewell to ride around 100 km of Peak District trails, byways and bridleways to finish up at Hartington. The following day is a shorter but just as challenging 60 km return back to Bakewell. Everyone has their own expectations on overnight accommodation so it’s up to you to choose your own. Enter here.

28th June The Hardcore 100 Part 2

Our original event that was first run in 2018 is back for 2020 ! This time we’re running the event in the opposite direction with a few tweeks to the route. It’s going to be a big day out in the Peak with gnarly climbs, technical descents and some the best bits of gnarmac in the area. Enter here.

20th September The Brutal Tootle

2020 see the return of the Brutal Tootle too ! Similar to the Hardcore100, but with a bias towards the trails of the Dark Peak, the Brutal Tootle is another epic day in the saddle. Enter here.

11th October The Fifty50

The Fifty50 is a gravel based reliability ride with a twist. Based at Cafe Adventure, Hope, when you sign on in the morning you’ll receive a sealed envelope with a route to a checkpoint in. Half the routes are in a clockwise direction and half anti-clockwise. The routes are slightly different to avoid it getting messy on the climbs / descents. Enter Here.
